We’re here to assist you

Assistance programs and services you may be eligible for include:
- Discounts on a sliding scale
The Adelante Sliding Fee Discount program allows patients to pay different rates for services depending on their income and the size of their household.
- AHCCCS (Medicaid)
The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona’s Medicaid agency that offers healthcare programs to state residents who meet certain income and other requirements. We can help residents of the surrounding areas and our center in Phoenix to apply for AHCCCS Medicaid services if we believe they are eligible.
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
What used to be called the Food Stamp Program is now SNAP, Arizona’s program for nutritional assistance.
- Cash assistance (TANF)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) is offered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to help families meet their basic needs for wellbeing and safety, on their path to self-sufficiency. We can see if your family qualifies for TANF at our Phoenix clinic or any of the other surrounding locations.
- Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA)
The Health Insurance Marketplace, also known as The Marketplace, was set up under the Affordable Care Act as a one-stop online resource that makes it easier to find affordable healthcare coverage.
