Community programs

We believe everyone is entitled to quality healthcare at an affordable price. We are especially concerned about providing access to at-risk, underserved populations through community care programs in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.

We participate in a number of financial assistance and community support programs, including AHCCCS (Medicaid), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Learn more about these programs and find out if you qualify.
