How to refill your prescription

Most of the time, refilling your prescription is as easy as contacting your pharmacy and requesting a refill. It’s best to call at least 3 to 5 days before you run out of your medication.

If your prescription is not current or needs a doctor authorization to refill, your pharmacy will send an electronic request to your provider. Your provider may need to see you before refilling the prescription to ensure it’s still a good fit for your care plan. If that is the case, your pharmacy will advise you to contact us before the medication can be refilled. Just call 480-964-2273 to schedule an appointment.

If you are a pharmacy requesting a refill

Please send an electronic request to our Patient Support Center if possible. We also accept faxes.

If the patient has not been seen recently, the provider may require an office visit before filling the request. In that case, our Service Representative will contact the patient and arrange for a visit. We will notify you of the status within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the request.
