Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 can lower your risk of getting and spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. Vaccines can also help prevent serious illness and death. If you are eligible for the vaccine, call our Patient Support Center at 480-964-2273 to learn what options are available in your area.
Familiarize yourself with what to expect before, during, and after receiving the vaccine. More information regarding the safety, side effects, and benefits of the vaccine is available from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
During your appointment
Wear a mask and maintain social distance whenever possible.
Provide honest answers to our medical team as they review your specific circumstances.
Plan on spending 15 to 30 minutes in observation following your vaccine.
After you receive your vaccine
Register for V-Safe, a text messaging system the CDC use to provide personalized health check-ins after vaccination.
Note the date and time of your second vaccine appointment before you leave.
Thank you for taking this step to protect yourself, your family and our community. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 480-964-2273.
