Arizona Care Network (ACN) is a group of doctors and care facilities that work together with your health insurance provider to improve healthcare and reduce costs by actively managing care for our patients.
ACN is partnering with Adelante Healthcare to create a free community health event indoors. We will have free Blood Pressure Checks. You can meet with us and ask our health-related questions to our RNs. We will have games and special guest providers where you can learn about different health topics.
We will also have SimonMed’s mobile mammography outside.
