Making your healthcare affordable and accessible

At Adelante Healthcare, we believe everyone is entitled to receive quality healthcare at an affordable price. If you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for programs and services with reduced fees based on your income and family size. Additionally, a number of financial assistance options are available for those who have a need.

Discounts on a sliding scale

The Adelante Sliding Fee Discount program allows patients to pay different rates for services depending on their income and the size of their household. Services include doctor’s visits and labs; women’s health, prenatal/maternity care, and family planning services; and dental services. The sliding fee schedule is based on Federal Poverty Level guidelines and are updated yearly to ensure that a non-discriminatory, uniform and reasonable charge is consistently and evenly applied.
