Terms and Conditions
Submit your entry by May 10, 2024 through the official submission form. If your entry is selected, you will be required to complete a phone interview about your story and an in-person video interview at an Adelante location.
This promotion is open to all current Adelante patients. Patients who are under 18, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be included in the interview. Interview participants agree that their name and/or image may be used by Adelante online, on social media or on any other promotional materials. The total promotional award is $100 dollars, in the form of a gift card to the store of your choice, and will only be awarded once the steps above are completed.

We are always exploring new ways to provide better patient care. Wear your explorer attire as we continue to discover new ways to enhance our services and make a difference in the lives of those we care for.
Thursday – Cultural Diversity Day
Our diversity allows us to better care for our patients and creates a stronger Adelante. Embrace your cultural heritage by dressing in your traditional attire and celebrating our diversity.
Friday – Adelante Spirit Day
We are grateful to serve you through Adelante Healthcare. Get into the spirit by wearing your favorite Adelante attire and decking yourself out in our vibrant colors of magenta and yellow.
