Why did you become a doctor?

I became a family medicine physician because I love getting to know whole families and work with patients of all ages! With family medicine I am able to do newborn through end of life care, extensive procedural care from joint injections to long acting reversible contraceptives, women’s health screenings, gender affirming hormone care, PrEP, & HIV treatment.

What do you enjoy or find most fulfilling about caring for patients?

Navigating life’s ups and downs together. Building long term relationships.

What attracted you to a community health center for your practice?

My lifelong goal has been to advocate for and give back to my community. Working for Adelante allows me to do just that!

If you could be anything else, what would it be?

An artist or singer/songwriter

Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?

I have a 2.5 year old son and a 9 month old daughter.

Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?

I love live music, hanging out with my family, friends and dogs, and golfing.

Anything else you would like to share?

I am a Swiftie through and through. I have seen every tour she has done since she opened for Brad Paisley when I was 13 years old 🙂
