Being able to humbly serve a population that face many healthcare barriers/challenges, namely the underserved community. This is particularly important as a pediatrician, as it is my duty to promote and provide access to healthcare and preventive measures to ensure healthy growth and development of every child. Also, to act as an advocate in these communities to effect change that will bring about optimum access to health-related services.
I have a deep passion for serving and caring for children in particular, and hence If had to do anything else, I would most likely have been a teacher , therapist of some sort or missionary worker serving the little ones.
I like to spend my time away from work traveling. I enjoy exploring other countries , engaging with people of other cultures and of course trying different cuisines. Other than this, I can be a home body but do enjoy playing tennis, kickboxing, spending time with family and going to church.
