Pediatrics

Why did you become a healthcare provider?

I became pediatrician because I have always had a passion for helping children and making a positive impact on their lives. I find joy in providing care, support, and guidance to young patients and their families. Being a pediatrician allows me to combine my love for medicine with my desire to nurture and protect the health and well-being of children. It’s a rewarding and fulfilling profession that brings me great satisfaction every day.

What attracted you to a community health center for your practice?

I was attracted to a community health center for practice because I believe in the importance of providing accessible and affordable healthcare to all members of the community. Community health centers play a crucial role in serving underserved populations and addressing health disparities.

What do you enjoy or find most fulfilling about caring for patients?

I thoroughly enjoy learning about the unique history that shapes every aspect of my patient’s health. My greatest joy in medicine is helping patients carve out and achieve goals that will help them see their intrinsic worth as member of the human family and ultimately start to reach for a potential that they previously thought unattainable.

Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?

One son who is 9 years old.

Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?

I enjoy exploring new destinations, cherishing moments with loved ones, having movie nights together, and preparing delicious meals from my family and friends.
