Brittany Tibbetts, RDH

Dental

Why did you become a dental hygienist?

I became a dental hygienist because I wanted a career in healthcare that allows me to build long-term relationships with patients while focusing on prevention and education.

What attracted you to a community health center for your practice?

I’m drawn to community health because of its mission-driven focus on serving diverse and often underserved populations. I find it rewarding to support patients who may face barriers to healthcare and love making a tangible impact on the community.

If you could be anything else, what would you want to be?

If I could be anything else, I would pursue a career in nursing – specifically in a school setting. I love working with children and teaching them how to stay healthy

Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?

Yes, I have 3 children. My oldest son is 7, my middle son is 3, and my daughter is 2.

Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?

Aside from spending quality time with my family, I love hiking and playing pickleball!
