Why did you become a doctor?

Honestly, I did not know what I was getting into…first in my family to go to medical school and I kind of pick it as a safe choice. I am now glad I have a profession where I can talk to a wide population and hopefully help them out.

What do you enjoy or find most fulfilling about caring for patients?

I enjoy just empathizing and connecting with families and patients. I like to follow cute babies from birth to high school graduation. I really like stories from the teenage population. Been practicing since 2010 here in Phoenix.

If you could be anything else, what would you want to be?

Lawyer…malpractice lawyer …if you ask my friends and family I like to talk and argue.

Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?

Bonus mom to 6 year old and mom to 9 year old boys…Grew up in divorced household and on my second marriage…open minded and empathetic to all modern families

Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?

Been to more than 25 countries —Kenya, Haiti, Peru and Vietnam

I work out daily and am a slow Hiker…favorite in town is Siphon Draw at Lost Dutchman…in world Machu Picchu
