Adelante welcomes new AHCCCS patients at nine locations across Phoenix and Maricopa County. Our providers offer Adult and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, and additional services for individuals and families.
With AHCCCS, your whole family can receive high-quality care at little or no cost. Every patient receives Adelante’s Culture of Care, close to home and in English, Spanish, or their preferred language.

We accept AHCCCS
Adelante Healthcare is a community health center, which means caring for our neighbors is the reason we exist. We accept AHCCCS, Arizona’s Medicaid program, at every one of our nine locations: Buckeye, Central Phoenix (Roosevelt), Gila Bend, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Surprise, West Phoenix, and Wickenburg. When you call to schedule, we will confirm your specific AHCCCS plan is accepted and verify your coverage before your visit.
Services Available to AHCCCS Patients
Most AHCCCS plans cover a wide range of services at Adelante at little or no cost to you, which could include:
- Adult and Family Medicine, including check-ups and care for ongoing conditions
- Pediatrics and well-child visits
- Women’s Health
- Dental care
- Behavioral health and counseling
- Pharmacy, with prescription savings through our 340B program
- Lab services and telehealth visits
