During your initial consult, a dietitian will work with you to complete an assessment of your current diet and habits. Based on the results of the assessment, we work with you to create a nutrition plan to help target your most important diet needs. Depending on your needs, your initial visit may be anywhere from 15 minutes to up to one hour.
If you are looking to simply eat a healthier diet, or get started on some lifestyle changes, we can help! We also can help you target more specific goals such as lowering your blood pressure, weight management, and controlling your diabetes.
