Adelante Healthcare Central Phoenix – Roosevelt was developed in partnership with the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ACBVI). This collaborative effort will offer integrated behavioral health and family medicine services, designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. By combining Adelante’s commitment to whole-person care with ACBVI’s expertise in serving individuals with vision loss, we aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space where all patients can access the care they need to thrive.

In addition to Family Medicine and Behavioral health services, Adelante Central Phoenix – Roosevelt works with the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Program to provide nutrition and health education, healthy food, and other services free to Arizona families who qualify.
You can participate in WIC if you live in Arizona, have a nutritional need (our staff can help you determine this), and you are either pregnant, have delivered a child within the last six months, breastfed within the last year, or have children under the age of 5, including foster children.
