Why did you become a healthcare provider?
I want to help people learn the tools to help themselves and others on how to manage their health through disease prevention and education.
What attracted you to a community health center for your practice?
Social justice. I believe every person has a right to quality healthcare.
What do you enjoy or find most fulfilling about caring for patients?
When my patients come back to share their successes with me, such as lowering blood pressure or blood sugars. It is a reason to celebrate!
Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?
Time with family, friends, and travel.
If you could be anything else, what would you want to be?
A travel journalist.

So many books! Pym, George Washington Black, The Martian (including the movie), Aztec, Cutting for Stone, The Alchemist, Born a Crime…
