The Adelante Sliding Fee Discount program allows patients to pay different rates for services depending on their income and the size of their household. Services include doctor’s visits and labs; women’s health, prenatal/maternity care, and family planning services; and dental services. The sliding fee schedule is based on Federal Poverty Level guidelines and are updated yearly to ensure that a non-discriminatory, uniform and reasonable charge is consistently and evenly applied.

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona’s Medicaid agency that offers healthcare programs to state residents who meet certain income and other requirements. What used to be called the Food Stamp Program is now SNAP, Arizona’s program for nutritional assistance. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) is offered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to help families meet their basic needs for wellbeing and safety, on their path to self-sufficiency. This cash assistance program provides temporary cash benefits and supportive services to the neediest of Arizona’s children and their families.
