Why did you become a behavioral health specialist ?

When I was a child and my parent were going through a divorce, I had an excellent school counselor who really helped me process my feelings. She inspired me to help others.

What do you enjoy or find most fulfilling about caring for patients?

I love watching patients learn and grow. I love watching people accomplish things that a few months ago felt impossible.

If you could be anything else, what would you want to be?

I always wanted to do something creative, such as a special effects makeup artist, or comic book artist.

Do you have hobbies or a way you like to spend your time away from work?

Yes, I knit, crochet, fence, and play DnD. I’m a bit of a nerd and I love that about myself.

Do you have a favorite book, movie or TV show?

I really enjoy game of thrones.
