Healthy living begins with a healthy diet. That’s why Adelante Healthcare works with the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Program. WIC helps those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, and their children under age 5 eat good-for-you foods, at no cost!
WIC provides nutrition and health education, healthy food, and other services free to Arizona families who qualify. You can participate in WIC if you live in Arizona, have a nutritional need (our staff can help you determine this), and you are one of the following:

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
