Adelante Surprise makes it easy to take care of your family’s nutrition needs and their overall health.
You can sign up and renew your WIC benefits at our Surprise Health Center — and also find Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Pediatrics and Dental as well as Eligibility Specialists who can help you apply for support service like AHCCCS, SNAP and TANF. If you don’t have health insurance, we also offer an income-based sliding fee discount program for both medical and dental services.
The health center is conveniently located on Bell Road just east of Reems. Ample surface parking is available for the WIC office located on the west side of the building.
WIC is a nutrition program that provides nutrition and health education, healthy food and other services free to Arizona families who qualify.
The program is for all types of families: married and single parents, working or not. If you are a mother, father, grandparent, foster parent or other legal guardian of a child under 5, you can apply for WIC for your child.
