Are you looking to improve your health? Then this program is for you! Change & Sustain is a free 12-week, hybrid nutrition program. It is an interactive mix between online and in-person classes that teaches sustainable ways to improve your health. During this program, you will be taught by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on a variety of topics including meal preparation, eating well away from home, and how to practice portion control. This program will review key concepts for mental health and also feature a fitness professional to elevate all aspects of your health and wellness. When is the program?

  • It starts on Tuesday, March 14th or Thursday, March 16th, depending on the location closest to you. This is a weekly program that lasts for 12 weeks. Class times will always be from 5-6pm. 

Who can enroll?

  • Adults older than 18 years old
  • Have a BMI >25

When can I enroll?

  • Anytime before March 13th. Enrollment will close end of day on March 13, 2023.

Will there be another cycle I can join in the future?

  • Yes! There will be another cycle starting summer 2023. Our next cycle will begin on June 20th and June 22nd. If that’s too far out for you, feel free to join our virtual Eat Well, Feel Well program in the meantime!

Who should join? Any adult that wants to improve their health! If you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, want to lose weight, or want to improve your blood sugar this program is perfect for you.
