Scheduling Your Appointment

For your convenience, we offer several ways to schedule an appointment, including by phone or through our Adelante Healthcare Patient Portal.

Schedule Your Appointment by Phone

Scheduling an appointment is easy!

One convenient phone number gives you access to all seven Adelante Healthcare centers.

Just call 1-877-809-5092 and speak to a Patient Support Representative.

Our Patient Support Center is open weekdays 7am to 6pm and every Saturday from 8am to 5pm. We close for lunch Monday through Saturday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

When you call, our Patient Support Representative will ask for basic information to locate your record in our system — or will work with you to set up the initial account and expedite your first visit to our centers.  Please have the birthdate and insurance information available when you call.

If you need service in Spanish, just let us know.  Many of our operators are bilingual and speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Adelante provides language assistance in the top 14 languages spoken in the State of Arizona — and more.  If you need or a family member would like to use our language resources, just let us know.  Learn more here.

Schedule Your Appointment On-Line

Once you are an Adelante Healthcare patient, you will have access to our Patient Portal, which allows you to see your doctor’s availability and request a medical appointment.  Your request is immediately forwarded to our Patient Support Center for confirmation. If that time slot is not available for any reason, our representative will call you to review what is available and finalize your appointment.

Canceling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour notice to allow other patients to use that time.

Late Arrival

A patient is considered late when he or she arrives after their scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to work you into the next available time but other patients who have arrived on time for their appointments may see the provider first.

If you are unable to let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you want to cancel an appointment and we are unable to fill the appointment, you will be considered a “No Show.”   (Note that if you are considered a “No Show” for your appointment 3 times in 6 month, you will be placed on standby same-day appointment status for the next 12 months.)

Please note that new patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early in order to complete new-patient forms.  In that case, a late arrival would be less than 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.
